Why we remember

On December 29th 2004, the world lost a very special person. That day we all lost a son, nephew, cousin, brother or friend.

Growing up Doug's love for the theater and film propelled him to land leads in many of his High School and Community plays. Doug also showed his leadership as Union High School Student Council President and as Treasurer of New Jersey State Student Council.

Doug attended Wagner College on a Dean's Academic and Theater Scholarship. He was in the Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Choir and served as Freshman Class President. He was the Interfraternity Council Vice President and Treasurer as well as the IFC Award Winner in 2003. The accomplishment and position Doug held closest to his heart was being the President of his fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon. After graduating with an Arts Administration degree Doug began working for MTV in their news and documentary division.
